The town enjoys our Plant Sale and Farmers’ Market festivals.

May 18
Our Heirloom Tomato and Vegetable Plant Sale draws gardeners from local towns to the Masonic Lodge parking lot. Select from a huge variety of locally grown herb and vegetable plants for container and backyard gardening. And yes! — you can preorder at jerseygrown.com.
June 2
Our Strawberry Festival, featuring free strawberry shortcake and our Flower Power crafts, kicks off our season of Farmers’ Market festivals at the Main St. train station in Ramsey.
August 4
The Peach Festival at the Farmers’ Market always draws a crowd. Peaches and cream are the perfect snack for a hot August day.
September 7
Flower Power crafts are a big draw at our Ramsey Day booth. Shadowboxes, individual large and small flowers and flower necklaces are popular.
October 22
We welcome autumn with an Apple Festival at the Farmers’ Market. Our famous apple cake recipe is in our What’s What in Ramsey booklet.
